Baseball Prospect Clinic

Knox College Baseball Prospect Clinic - Saturday-Sunday, January 19-20, 2019

The Knox College Baseball Prospect Clinic is intended for the baseball player (grades 10-12) whose goal is to play at the next level. The camp will provide instruction from Prairie Fire baseball coaches and feature a showcase-type atmosphere. Participants will be introduced to campus life through tours, Q&As on admission and financial aid, and conversations with current Knox baseball players and faculty members. Space is limited! Register by January 12.

About Knox Baseball

The Knox College baseball team posted a program-high 22-win campaign in 2013 and 54 total victories from 2012 to 2014. the best three-year stretch in program history. Since 2012 the Prairie Fire have broken 50 individual and team records. In 2017, the Prairie Fire banged out 370 hits, stole 79 bases, scored 228 runs, and accumulated a record 509 total bases on the way to a 17-win season. Drake Sykes was named an All-American for the second straight year and ended his career as the school record holder in hits, stolen bases and total bases. Ryan Weitendorf finished his career as the program record holder with 26 home-runs and 122 RBI. Alec Jordan added to his impressive strikeout totals, completing his career with a record 194.

Cost of the clinic is $75 per participant (includes lunch on Saturday).
