Colorado Knox Club: Tour of Degas Art Exhibit

 


You are invited to join the Colorado Knox Club for a private tour of "Degas: A Passion for Perfection" at the Denver Art Museum (DAM), by Dr. Timothy J. Standring P'09, the exhibition's local curator and DAM Gates Family Foundation Curator of Painting & Sculpture. The DAM is the sole U.S. venue for this exhibit, which features more than 100 works by French artist Edgar Degas, including paintings, drawings, pastels, etchings, monotypes, and sculptures.

Enjoy a coffee and pastry reception prior to our private exhibition tour. This reception is being graciously hosted by Dr. Standring and his staff.

Enjoy an exclusive and insider's view of this special exhibit before the DAM opens to the general public. Parking is available in the Cultural Center Complex Garage, on surface parking lots, and at street meters.

Cost is $25 per person and includes the Mad Beans reception; general admission to DAM with all-day access to its additional galleries and collections; and entrance to the special ticketed exhibition, "Degas: A Passion for Perfection." An audio guide is also included. Due to this private reception and tour with the curator, other than our group ticket discount, no other discounts are available.

RSVP by Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Tickets are limited so early registration is strongly encouraged.
